Network Ops Manager required in Stratford Upon Avon to manage a team of 10 Cisco Voice and Data engineers on a client site.
Taking control of the day to day operational management of a team of technical engineers I need a manager / leader who understands Cisco Voice and Data technologies enough to successfully manage the team whilst focusing on delivering high quality service for the customer.
You must have experience of:
- Managing / leading a Networking team
- Driving the delivery of service and support to customers
- Driving improvement on failing KPIs
- Ensuring all business requests for services are resolved in a timely manner
- Identifying and recommending new and improved ways of working
- Building & maintaining strong relationships across the business
- Budget setting, forecasting and management and the budgetary management of overtime.
