My client is looking to add an On-site IT Support Engineer to their team based in Warwick. You will have proven experience supporting Windows, Server OS, Office Suite and Active Directory as a minimum.
Duties will involve providing Hardware and Software support, diagnosing problems accurately using all the available resources, completing all calls and continued regular communication with all call scheduler.
The successful applicant will bring a flexible and team player approach, ideally with some previous experience of working on a Helpdesk/Service Desk or in another IT Support role.
