A leading network service provider in Basingstoke is looking for a high calibre Project Co-ordinator to join their PMO team.
You will be the main point of contact for the Project Managers, providing effective administrative project support to enable them to develop and deliver their projects and programmes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Project managers, Programme managers and Director on the preparation and planning of projects
- Support in the day to day duties of a project’s administration
- Attend and participate in project meetings and produce accurate minutes for circulation
- Undertake resource management duties as required and stand in for the Resource Manager when necessary
The individual will have excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; they must be comfortable with communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
