Project Manager – Facilities / IT
Working for a Professional Services Company this role will see you managing a high profile property improvement and refurbishment project which will include an office move and the setup of a new site. You will operate as the middle ground between your employer and various third parties as the office move and refurbishment takes shape. Blending your knowledge of Project Management, Service Management and Supplier Management this will be an interesting challenge with a prestigious organisation.
Along with the Project and Service Delivery skills the client are looking for you to have knowledge within IT and Facilities Management, its therefore pretty likely to have this blend of skills you will be familiar with what it takes to oversee major office moves and property refurbishment projects. It goes without saying that you will be organised, have demonstrable leadership qualities and have the gravitas to manage senior stakeholders.
