Major multinational technology company seeks a Customer Service Coordinator for an interesting role at their headquarters in Sunbury on Thames. You will be fluent in English, Spanish and Italian to business level, with previous experience of working in a customer focused environment.
You will effectively deal with the return and replacement of IT products, whilst liaising with other internal departments and monitoring trends and customer satisfaction to ensure an excellent customer experience.
This would be a great role for somebody with previous experience of dealing with returns / replacements of products and has excellent customer service experience. It is essential you are fluent verbally and written in English, Spanish and Italian.
