Job Description
Working for an IT System Integrator as a Service Delivery Manager dedicated to one established, long term key account. You will manage the provision of IT/Networks/Comms services and ensure end-to-end service delivery with the main objectives being to increase client satisfaction and maximise the revenue opportunities within accounts by identifying & agreeing service improvement opportunities.
Candidates will have several years experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Client Services Manager for an IT / Networks solutions / systems integration / managed service provider.
Experience servicing external end-clients i.e. working for a provider rather than end-user is essential as is a good understanding of commercial aspects of contract management i.e. a good appreciation of budgets and profit & loss.
You must also be used to spending a significant amount of time on client sites.
An ITIL Foundation accreditation is preferred but not essential. Any experience within a financial or the Insurance sector would be beneficial. Candidates must hold a full UK drivers licence.
