Job Description
Leading IT service provider requires an experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage a team of site and field based engineers covering the North West. Working with demanding customers you must have experience managing a team of break fix / telephony engineers and be used to taking control of large multi-site accounts.
Successful candidates will have at least 3 years’ Service Delivery Manager experience including producing SLA reports, building relationships with customers, monitoring overall performance of services, service reporting and ensuring all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
