Job Description

1st / 2nd line engineer with windows, exchange, AD and ideally some Citrix skills is wanted for a service desk in Coventry. Joining an energetic, fun and professional service desk you will provide telephone support to internal users including remote support and run basic checks of log files.

Responsible for configuring work stations, mobiles, tablets and printers with TCP/IP, manage the warranty on break/fix IT equipment and training end users on desktop, telco and systems applications. The successful applicant will have at least 18 months experience working on a service desk / helpdesk with an outgoing personality and a want to grow their IT career in IT.
