Job Description

My client is looking to add a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to their growing team based in Central London. You will have proven experience supporting Windows, Active Directory and Office365 as a minimum. You will also need SQL Server skills with experience of running and supporting applications.

Joining a busy Service Desk, you will have the opportunity to provide support on a variety of technical issues using your Active Directory and Windows skills along with Office365. The successful applicant will bring an energetic and team player approach ideally with some previous experience of working on a Helpdesk / Service Desk or in another IT Support role.

You must be a confident communicator able to deliver efficient support with accuracy and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing company who ideally would like someone with the ability to progress into leading projects and dealing with vendors and then move into Project Management in the long term.
