Job: Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Operative / 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Representative
Service Desk Engineer required to join my client’s rapidly growing and busy Service Desk team who are responsible for managing customer requests and incidents in a Microsoft Desktop (Windows 7 and 8) environment.
Acting as point of contact for internal & external customers you will cover a wide range of tasks including providing 1st line support, carrying out routine operational and administrative duties, arranging engineer visits and ordering parts.
My client is looking to grow their Helpdesk with an outgoing confident person who is passionate about technology and looking to really start and/or continue their career in IT.
