Job Description
Service Desk Support Analyst with good Windows 7, Windows 10 and ideally some mobile management skills i.e. iOS, android, tablets etc. is required to join a new team in Rushden. An outgoing, self-starter who is hands on with excellent end user support skills is essential. In this newly created team you must have demonstrable problem solving and root cause analysis experience and not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and get involved with hardware builds and end user upgrades.
Someone with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently to the supply chain and logistics teams is crucial. Based in a warehouse environment and close to machinery you may be expected to lift equipment where necessary. In addition to resolving user problems in a variety of settings you will be given the opportunity to work in a lead role where you will be responsible for problem solving whilst working on exciting large-scale projects.
