As part of a major transformation our widely recognised client is looking to appoint a new Software Release Manager. Working as part of an expanding technical team this role is critical to improve the speed and quality of which software is released. You will own and enhance the release process making use of testing, production and development environments.

My client is looking for somebody with solid experience of Release Management, it’s therefore expected you understand (CI/CD) and possess good knowledge of both release management tools and monitoring tools. i.e. CloudBees, CloudWatch, DataDog. An overall sound knowledge of Azure is expected in order for you to take into consideration security and availability when planning and evolving the release process.

Alongside the core technical knowledge you will be a strong leader, have good planning skills and be an excellent communicator in order to manage internal and external stakeholders.

The role is home based yet travel to UK offices will be expected when safe and suitable to do so.
