Joining a well established Software House, this is a pivotal role to ensure software and database issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will play a key role in maintaining technical documentation and operate as a point of contact prior to issues reaching the developers.
Previous experience of Application / Software Support is essential. Intermediate database skills (SQL Server) are also expected along with exposure to either C#, .Net, Python or Java. Reporting experience would be useful as would implementation and deployment skills. Useful areas of experience include IIS, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS and T-SQL.
