Job Description
Technical Service Manager / Field Services Manager required by an exciting and expanding client near Cowley. You will control and manage the delivery of technical services being provided to customers across the UK, and manage and organise the team of field engineers to ensure all works are delivered on time and to budget. Previous experience of working in an IT management position within the Retail sector is essential.
It is preferable that the ideal candidate has experience in managing a team and has previously worked within a field role or similar so you have an understanding of what this role involves and how important the service being provided is. Previous experience and knowledge working within the retail EPOS industry is required and any Engineering or Technical qualifications would be advantageous.
