Job Description

Application Support Analyst / Technical Support Consultant required to join a growing team in Rossendale. In this fast faced role you will work alongside Developers, Testers and Project Managers to support multiple clients in both a project and BAU environment. This position offers the opportunity to further your knowledge of SQL Server and develop you customer and client management skills. 


Candidates are expected to have previous Application or Software Support experience and ideally a basic understanding of SQL Server. The know how to write basic scripts and queries would be highly advantageous and you will be experienced working alongside developers and testers either in a software house or in-house IT Department. Strong communication and problem solving skills are key as is the ability to multi-task in a fast paced IT environment.


Based in Rossendale, the role will involve occasion visits to customers in order to build rapport and build relationships. A full UK driving licence is required and easily commutable locations include Bury, Rochdale, Blackburn, Bolton and Burnley.
