Technical Support Engineer - French speaking
Working for a global PC gaming technology brand you will be fluent in French and English with PC Hardware experience and Microsoft OS skills. You will be responsible for the technical support of their range of gaming hardware which could include RAM, Headsets, Keyboards and more!

- Respond to technical issues through telephone, email and web requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems
- Document cases through their CRM system
- Fluent in French and English
- PC Hardware and Microsoft OS skills
- 1+ year in a technical support environment
- Computer gaming interest would be very beneficial
