Job Description
Multinational computer hardware company requires a Tri-lingual English/German and Italian speaking person to provide support to their customers in Europe. I am looking for an enthusiastic individual with the following skills:
- At least 1 years’ experience working in a technical telephone support / customer service environment
- Experience using Social platforms including Twitter, Facebook and Youtube
- Team player but able to work alone
- Able to stay calm in a stressful situation
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and a preferably working knowledge of Computer Networks and PC hardware.
A strong focus on customer service is essential as is speaking fluent in English German and Italian.
