Technical Support Engineer - Windows 7, Exchange, Office 365
Technical Support Engineer with Windows desktop, Exchange, Office 365 required by multinational technology company to provide in house support to their offices in Sunbury-on-Thames.
You will have at least 1 year's technical support/helpdesk experience and very solid knowledge of PC hardware and Microsoft operating systems together with solid networking skills including TCP/IP.
The role will involve installing, testing and supporting software and hardware systems to ensure that user requirements are met.
You will liaise with users both at their desks and from a helpdesk so must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
