Looking for a permanent member of staff? You can benefit from all Pytec’s resourcing skill and consultancy, yet we will only charge you when the successful candidate commences employment. In the unlikely event we are unable to fill your vacancy there will be no charge.

Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Recruiting
If you have a vacancy with a defined end date, or a specific project to complete, and you want a candidate to be an employee just for that period or project, we can help you arrange a Fixed Term Contract (FTC). These are ideal for maternity cover, long-term sick leave or sabbaticals. The length of the contract can be extended if circumstances change.

A Fixed Term Contract is a handy compromise between contracting and permanent – with no compromise on the quality of vacancies we offer. 

Contract

Recruiting
We can source skilled hourly or daily rate contractors for you, depending on your requirements. Available contractors include low-level IT Support and Field Service Engineers, Software Developers, Solution Consultants, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and interim Head of Department and Director-level candidates.

Recruiting
Retained by you and exclusive to you, we will carry out executive searches (head-hunting) on your behalf. To give you greater budget control, we divide our fee into three parts: Engagement, Shortlist and Placement.
