TIL Service design professional needed to take responsibility of the service design and service transition processes and activities. Supporting the sales teams when qualifying and responding to new opportunities alongside the service operations and technical teams to design and implement new support processes and project delivery of new technologies and / or services.

Writing service documents and working with process owners to ensure processes and procedures are maintained for integrity and reliability. Liaising with the board of directors to provide regular updates you must have excellent communication skills, an influential approach and outgoing attitude.

This role is offered as a home / office split.
