A Mid-level Business Analyst is required to work as part of a major digital transformation project for the UK wide business. Working alongside in house developers and testers you will act as the Business Analyst and Product Owner for this new digital initiative. It’s a high profile work stream so will be both rewarding and challenging.
Your responsibilities will include working with stakeholders to document business needs, working with the technical teams to model solutions and acting as the link between these stakeholders and the internal delivery team. The initial focus will be digital / eCommerce projects yet within this large firm there will be the scope to gain a broader exposure to different projects.
It is expected that applicants have 3+ years BA experience and the ability to thrive within a fast paced and fluid environment. Solid problem solving, requirement gathering and communication skills are an absolute essential as is good attention to detail.
Given the nature of the project roadmap it’s preferable that you have worked on Digital or E-Commerce projects. A good understanding of Agile and Scrum is also expected along with previous experience operating as a “Product Owner”.
