You will enjoy a varied role solving issues relating to laptops, desktops and IT equipment as well as MS Office, O365 and other applications. There will be scope to get involved in projects and learn areas such as networking and storage from the more senior members of the IT Team. This is a mostly 2nd line role with the expectation to support with 1st line issues on occasions.
Suitable candidates will have a keen interest in IT and have commercial experience within a helpdesk or IT Support role. Good knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and basic networking protocols would be highly advantageous. Strong communication and problem solving skills are essential.
