Major UK firm is looking for an experienced Data and BI Analyst to join their growing team. Within this varied role you will take ownership of BI and Data related projects and make full use of your reporting, analysis and visualisation skills in order to drive new initiatives and increase productivity. You will be joining a small BI Team who sit within a wider IT Department at the Northampton office.
This will be a varied role which will see you developing data models, creating dashboards and translating requirements into solutions used by all corners of the business. There will be opportunities to train and educate users and you will play a key role in how the business uses data to remain at the forefront of their industry. This position offers plenty of scope for you to apply technical and problem solving skills as well as your broader business facing and communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Data and BI Analyst with solid SQL skills and Power BI skills. You will have an understanding of DAX and be comfortable working with multiple large data sources. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be a key point of contact for the wider business.
The plan would be for you to spend 2 / 3 days a week in the office with the team.
